How We Spot Trendign Projects?
We monitor top influencers on X (formerly Twitter) and consistently keep track of accounts they follow.
KOL Tracker is designed to monitor the followings of various influencers on Twitter. These influencers are also known as Key Opinion Leaders, or KOLs
Whenever a KOL in our database starts following a certain project or account, we'll see it. So, we aggregate data across multiple KOLs and present that information in a user-friendly, easy-to-read format. Currently we are tracking over 6000 KOLs.
For example, over the last 24 hours, Codex RPC has been followed by 49 KOLs.

You can adjust the timeframe for your research needs. Search for projects that are trending in the last 15 minutes, 1 hour, and so on. This allows you to stay up-to-date with the most recent activities of KOLs.

Let's dive deeper into some key metrics:

Age: shows when the project was added to our database.
New KOLs: The number of KOLs who have followed the project within a selected timeframe.
24hours: The total number of KOLs who have joined the project over the last 24 hours.
Watchlist: Indicates how many of our users have added this project to their watchlist. Currently, it's zero since we've just launched the tool.
Next, we have the KOL Breakdown. While we don't disclose specific KOLs, we provide a breakdown of their types:
Degens: Early buyers, alpha callers, and researchers who are often at the forefront of new trends.
VC: Crypto funds and and crypto funds employees
Corporate: Founders, official project accounts, and developers
Hashtags are also pretty important. After you screen a project, you can attach hashtags to it. You'll also see hashtags that other users of our tool have attached to projects.
Another great feature is the ability to add notes to every project and read notes from other users.
Hashtags and notes are incredibly useful if you want to organize your research and understand what others think about a particular project.
We also have a Watchlist, where you can save projects you're interested in. Plus, you can set up notifications to always know when to act on a particular project.

Finally, the New Projects page shows projects when two or more KOLs in our database start following them for the first time. This page is especially useful for those who want to be really early in discovering new and emerging projects.

So, that's a quick rundown of the tool! We hope KOL Tracker becomes an essential part of your crypto research toolkit.
