UpOnlyTV Returns: Coinbase Sparks the Revival of Crypto’s Most Chaotic Podcast

UpOnlyTV launched in early 2021 and quickly became known for its irreverent, unfiltered style—self-described as “childish, unprofessional, and bizarre.” The show prioritizes entertainment and banter over traditional “alpha,” featuring relaxed interviews with prominent crypto figures such as traders, founders, venture capitalists, and even controversial personalities like Terra Luna’s Do Kwon (2023) and Mt. Gox’s Mark Karpelès.

The podcast hit its peak during the 2021–2022 bull run, drawing 50K–100K listeners per episode and landing sponsorships from now-defunct players like FTX. It went on hiatus during the 2022 crypto winter, but its cult following endured thanks to Cobie and Ledger’s sharp humor and Cobie’s broader influence in the space.

Now, the show is once again surging in visibility across Crypto Twitter. The catalyst? Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong revealed that the exchange spent $25 million in USDC to purchase a unique UpOnly NFT from Cobie—effectively reviving the podcast for a new eight-episode season.

Melee Markets Blends Prediction Trading with Meme Culture on Solana

Melee Markets is a decentralized prediction platform on Solana, built to make speculation as easy and viral as social media. Launched in early 2025, it brands itself as “where Pump.fun meets Polymarket”—blending the meme-fueled virality of token launches with the outcome-based betting of prediction markets.

Anyone can create or trade markets on anything—sports, politics, memes, pop culture, or even influencer choices—without centralized gatekeepers. It aims to turn online sentiment into tradable assets, positioning itself as “humanity’s platform for valuing beliefs.”

Melee raised $3.5M in September 2025 from Variant Fund and DBA Crypto, with angels including Solana’s Anatoly Yakovenko, CoinShares’ Meltem Demirors, and investor Santiago Roel Santos.

The alpha version just launched (October 2025), with its first market going live today—sparking early hype, waitlist rushes, and airdrop speculation across Crypto Twitter.

Printr Launches One-Click Multi-Chain Token Launchpad

Printr is a chain-abstracted token launchpad and marketplace aimed at transforming how memecoins—and eventually other tokens—are created and traded. Its tagline, “Launch a token on every chain in one click,” reflects its core innovation: enabling seamless multi-chain token deployment and trading without the usual fragmentation across blockchains.

Built on a liquid bonding curve mechanism, Printr allows tokens to be minted and traded across 69+ chains—including Solana, Ethereum, Arbitrum, BNB Chain, Sui, and more—while keeping liquidity interconnected and accessible through a single interface.

With the launchpad going live today, the newly listed tokens are definitely worth monitoring for early activity and potential opportunities.

Backroom Surges as AI-Powered ICM Protocol Announces Major Partnership

Backroom is an AI-driven InfoFi protocol built on the Base blockchain. Launched in mid-2025 via Virtuals Protocol—a platform for tokenized AI agents—it originally focused on curating and monetizing high-value information from private channels such as Discord, Telegram, and alpha chats. Over time, it has evolved into a broader ecosystem centered on Internet Capital Markets (ICM), where users can stake the native token $ROOM (up +60% today) to access exclusive intel, trade tokenized access “keys,” and participate in new project launches.

The protocol has exploded in visibility over the past 24–48 hours following a major partnership announcement. On October 20, Backroom unveiled “Backroom Deals”—its ICM incubator powered by Aerodrome Finance as the liquidity hub. This integration brings new project launches directly onto Base’s top DEX, providing instant trading depth and exposure, and driving significant price and volume spikes.
